Cyndee Harding is a financial expert who is universally known in the real estate circles as THE Asset Manager of Multifamily. She has over 25 years of experience in accounting, small business consultation, and forensic accounting. As the CFO of High Caliber Multifamily, she plays a crucial role in overseeing financial operations, strategic planning, and asset management for the company’s extensive portfolio of over 550 multifamily units.
Before joining High Caliber Multifamily, Cyndee owned and operated a successful accounting practice, where she specialized in helping small businesses optimize their financial health. Her expertise in asset management and financial strategy has been instrumental in transforming underperforming properties into thriving, cash-flowing assets.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Cyndee enjoys playing the piano and baking her famous chocolate chip cookies. She resides in Surprise, AZ, with her husband, Lynn, sharing a passion for family, business, and creating long-term wealth through real estate investments.

Lynn’s extensive expertise in building codes, roofing products, and construction practices across diverse climates has been instrumental in the company’s success. His ability to identify high-potential properties, implement effective management strategies, and foster long-term value creation has positioned High Caliber Multifamily as a trusted name in real estate investment.
Residing in Surprise, AZ, with his wife of 41 years, Cyndee, Lynn enjoys skeet and trap shooting, as well as reloading ammo in his free time. His leadership is driven by a commitment to integrity, excellence, and building generational wealth through real estate.

Tyler Harding is a seasoned sales and management professional with over 12 years of experience in sales and 10 years in management. With a keen eye for market trends and deal structuring, Tyler plays a pivotal role in sourcing, analyzing, and securing profitable real estate opportunities. His expertise in acquisitions ensures that High Caliber Multifamily continues to grow its portfolio with assets that generate strong returns for investors.
Outside of work, Tyler is a movie buff and avid gamer. He resides in Tremonton, UT, with his wife, Kat, and their dog, Dozer. His dedication to both his personal and professional life reflects his passion for creating long-term wealth through strategic real estate investments.

exploring the mountains, doting on her beloved dog, Dozer, and indulging in movie marathons with her husband, Tyler. She currently resides in Northern Utah, where she continues to blend creativity with strategy to drive business growth.

Andrea may not have a background in multifamily real estate, but she brings exceptional attention to detail, organization, and a passion for people to the High Caliber Multifamily team.
An Arizona native, Andrea holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Wellness from Arizona State University and an Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from Glendale Community College. With over nine years of experience in the physical therapy field, she has worked in both private practice and rehab hospital settings, serving in leadership roles as an Office Manager and Director of Therapy.
While her background is in physical therapy, Andrea’s expertise in organization, client relations, and delivering top-tier experiences translates seamlessly into her work at High Caliber Multifamily. She ensures that every investor interaction is thoughtful and personalized, from assembling and shipping swag boxes to crafting handwritten notes that make clients feel truly valued.
When she’s not enhancing investor experiences, Andrea loves spending time with her husband, Loric, and their son Leo, in Surprise, AZ, where they enjoy exploring the outdoors and making lasting memories together.

With a natural talent for boosting team spirits, he has mastered the art of strategic napping and providing well-timed comedic relief.
When he's not patrolling the office for dropped food, Dozer enjoys long walks (but not too long), epic games of fetch (until he gets bored), and perfecting his signature “puppy dog eyes” to secure extra belly rubs. He proudly resides in Tremonton, UT, with his humans, Tyler and Kat, who are honored to serve as his loyal companions.
